I understand that in order to provide a high-quality experience, space is limited to just 60 registrants and that only successful payments secure reservation spots. For that reason, registration fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may send an alternate person. Notification about alternates must be received at least 10 days before the first day of training.
